Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Airbnb Ireland UC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and hosts across the Airbnb platform. You will be tasked with resolving inquiries, issues, and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will need to effectively communicate with customers and ensure their satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner 2. Provide accurate and helpful information to guests and hosts regarding bookings, cancellations, refunds, and more 3. Collaborate with other departments, such as Trust and Safety and Resolutions, to resolve complex issues 4. Adhere to Airbnb's policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience 5. Utilize various software tools and platforms to efficiently handle customer interactions 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers 7. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet 5. Hardworking and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn 6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications a plus
