Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Intercom. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage customer accounts and keep accurate records of interactions. 3. Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues effectively. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist in training new customer service team members. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. 8. Utilize negotiation and people management skills to handle difficult situations.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Dedicated and confident personality traits. 7. Strong negotiation and people management skills.
