Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description: Opening.io is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cork, IE. As a full-time Associate Level position, this role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, resolving customer issues and complaints - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening and effective communication - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of products and services - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide the best possible service

Requirements: - Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently in a remote setting - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills to address a variety of customer needs - Excellent people management skills to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism - Proficiency in using customer service software and technology tools - Fluent in written and spoken English - Previous experience in a remote customer service role is a plus
