Customer Success Agent

We are currently seeking a Customer Success Agent to work remotely for a team based in Limerick. WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive annual salary, ranging from €30,000 to €35,000, based on experience and qualifications. * Flexible work schedule * Full Remote RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat * Provide exceptional customer support by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns * Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams * Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement solutions * Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for the customer and drive product improvements * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed Minimum requirements: * Previous experience in a customer-facing role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems
