Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Pfizer Ireland is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and concerns - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients understand how to use our products effectively - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Track client interactions and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support throughout their journey with Pfizer Ireland - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and processes to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated leadership skills in previous roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
