Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Dropbox Dublin. As a remote worker based in Waterford, Munster, IE, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their needs and ensuring their success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via email, phone, and live chat to provide support and guidance - Identify and escalate any customer issues or feedback to the appropriate team members - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and success - Assist with onboarding and training new customers on our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Creativity and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus
