Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Property Button is seeking a remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to understand customer needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and providing support throughout their journey - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Provide training and onboarding support to new customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to continuously improve our products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Energetic and driven personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Experience with project management and multitasking - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
