Job Description - Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Success Manager to join our team at Intercom in Limerick, Munster. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers are successful in using our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives - Help customers onboard and implement our products successfully - Provide training and support to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products - Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that customers may face - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to drive customer success - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Advocate for customers internally to ensure their needs are met and exceeded


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience working with SaaS products is a plus
