Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Squarespace Ireland is seeking a hardworking and reliable Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Dublin. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer support and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced tech environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through email, chat, and phone communication - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and navigating the Squarespace platform - Conduct research to find solutions to customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve escalated customer concerns - Manage customer accounts and update information in the CRM system - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product changes and improvements - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems - Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required - Must be legally eligible to work in Ireland
