Job Description: As a Customer Support Assistant at Amazon Ireland, located in Limerick, Munster, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers across various communication channels. You will work closely with customers to resolve inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction - Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues to provide accurate and efficient solutions - Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and reliable with a strong customer service orientation - Excellent time management and attention to detail - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
