Job Description:
Airbnb Ireland is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Cork, Cork, Ireland. This position is perfect for individuals with a resourceful and driven personality, as well as strong emotional intelligence and creativity in handling customer inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding bookings, cancellations, refunds, etc. - Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding Airbnb's policies and procedures - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
