Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Dropbox Dublin is seeking a confident and dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and be able to demonstrate strategic planning abilities.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on customer cases 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers 6. Assist in training new team members on customer support best practices 7. Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support processes


Requirements: 1. 1+ year of experience in a customer support role 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 7. Confidence and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
