Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

As a Remote Customer Support Officer at 9th Impact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from a remote location in Dublin, Ireland. This full-time position at an Associate Level requires at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers


Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong soft skills in adaptability and planning - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer support or a related field
