Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team at TikTok Dublin. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our users and helping to resolve any issues or concerns they may have. This is a full-time position based in Waterford, Munster, with the flexibility to work remotely.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with TikTok's platform and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on customer trends - Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation and training materials - Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement in the customer support process - Provide people management support to team members as needed


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support role or similar position - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Experience with customer support software and tools - Demonstrated innovation and creativity in problem-solving - People management skills including the ability to mentor and coach team members
