Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Teckro is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective support delivery - Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate department - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs - Continuously improve knowledge of Teckro products and services to better assist customers


Requirements: - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong dedication to meeting and exceeding customer needs - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
