Customer Support Officer - Work from home

CitySwift is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience - Identify trends in customer feedback and provide insights for product improvements - Meet or exceed established KPIs and performance metrics

Requirements: - Driven and energetic personality - Strong time management skills - Analytical mindset to effectively problem solve - At least 4 years of experience in customer support - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
