Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

GirlCrew is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Cork, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat 2. Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner 3. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention 4. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance the customer support experience 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Passionate about customer service and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations 2. Highly motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting 3. Strong emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and understand their needs 4. Excellent project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 6. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
