Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Teckro is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Galway, Ireland. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide technical support and guidance to customers using our platform. 3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Experience in a remote work environment is a plus. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
