Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team at WarDucks in Waterford, Munster, IE. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Investigate and escalate customer complaints as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices - Assist with training new customer support team members - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Team player with a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Motivated and driven personality traits - Strong research skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
