Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Hilton in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction - Process customer orders and reservations accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Provide product and service information to customers - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services when appropriate - Use emotional intelligence to understand the needs and concerns of customers - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Meet or exceed monthly customer satisfaction goals


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and calm demeanor - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
