Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team at 3D4Medical. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a work from home position, so you must be comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Educate customers on our products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Continuously improve our customer support processes and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to research and problem solve independently - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
