Live Chat Assistant

SurveyMonkey Europe is seeking a dynamic and energetic Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to address their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize negotiation and critical thinking skills to effectively communicate with customers and find solutions to their problems - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their needs accurately - Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues to improve overall customer experience - Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Independent and energetic personality traits to effectively engage with customers - Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries and issues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Visa sponsorship, Parental leave, and Company equipment benefits provided
