The Remote Live Chat Associate at Hilton in Limerick, Munster, IE, plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with booking reservations, modifying existing bookings, and answering questions about hotel amenities and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer queries that require additional information or expertise. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously improve knowledge of Hilton properties, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Hilton products and services.
