We are looking for a dedicated Live Chat Associate to join our team at Ryanair, the leading low-cost airline based in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home, making it ideal for individuals looking for a flexible work environment. As an Entry Level Associate, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for candidates who are reliable and resilient in their work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about flight schedules, booking options, and general airline policies - Assist customers with any technical difficulties they may encounter while using our online platform - Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Persuasion skills to effectively promote additional services to customers - Adaptability to navigate through different customer personalities and situations - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service-oriented software - High school diploma or equivalent
