Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Ryanair in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for managing our live chat support operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of live chat agents, setting KPIs and performance targets - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to optimize response times and resolution rates - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and coach team members to improve their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat support
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a customer service or customer support role, with at least 3 years in a management position - Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Experience with live chat software and tools - Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field preferred
