Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Property Button is seeking a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As a full-time Associate level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the live chat team - Develop and implement chat strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction - Provide guidance and training to chat agents to ensure consistent and high-quality service - Monitor chat performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align chat initiatives with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat technology and customer service

Requirements: - Dedicated and resourceful individual with a passion for customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing circumstances - Proven experience in managing live chat operations - Familiarity with live chat software and tools - Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
