Job Description:
As a Live Chat Representative at Workday Ireland in Galway, Connacht, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through the live chat platform. You will act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, answering their queries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through the live chat platform, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics
Requirements: - Passionate and energetic individual with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and analytical skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing the best possible service - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus - No prior experience required; training will be provided - Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
