Job Description:
As a Live Chat Representative at Oracle Ireland in Limerick, Munster, IE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. You will serve as the frontline support for our customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information through live chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers on resolving them - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team - Educate customers on products and services - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong computer skills and proficiency in typing - Resilient and adaptable to changing situations - Research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries - Persuasion skills to guide customers towards solutions - Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
