Job Description:
As a Live Chat Representative at Cooper Industries, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to create positive experiences for our customers and build strong relationships with them.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through live chat. - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Guide customers through the purchasing process and assist with order placement. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively. - Monitor customer feedback and actively seek opportunities to improve the customer experience. - Meet set performance metrics and achieve customer service goals.
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers in a professional manner. - Reliable and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations with grace. - Persuasion skills to guide customers through the decision-making process. - Innovative mindset to come up with creative solutions to customer issues. - No prior experience required, as this is an entry-level position. - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple chats simultaneously. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support software.
