Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

4Securitas is seeking an Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online account support to clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and assist in the onboarding process for new clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in the company database - Monitor client accounts for any irregular activity or potential security threats - Assist in the development and implementation of online account support strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients

Requirements: - Resilient personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with client needs - Proven ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to client challenges - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
