Job Description:
As an Online Account Support Associate at VMware Ireland in Limerick, Munster, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients using our online services and products. This role is ideal for entry-level individuals who are hardworking, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to account access, billing, and product functionality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues - Educate customers on the features and benefits of our online services - Continuously update and maintain accurate customer records in our database - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training as needed
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software applications - A desire to provide excellent customer service and exceed expectations - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
