Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Kinesis Health Technologies is seeking a motivated Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have - Manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular audits of customer accounts to identify any discrepancies or errors - Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to online accounts - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual who can work well both independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills - Experience in customer service or account management is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
