Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Workday Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Online Account Support Manager to join our team in our Waterford office in Munster, Ireland. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of online account management and customer support processes. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, this role requires a candidate who is reliable, adaptable, and able to effectively manage a team of online support specialists.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online support specialists responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Workday's online account holders - Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer support processes and improve overall customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and implement solutions - Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management and customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8+ years of experience in online account management or customer support - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Experience with CRM software and online support tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively - Adaptable and able to navigate change with a positive attitude
