Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Kerry Group is currently seeking a dedicated Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This is a full-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, passionate, have strong presentation skills, and possess excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to online account holders - Assist customers with any account-related inquiries or issues - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their needs - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to solve complex customer problems - Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies - Continuously strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all customer interactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online account management systems is a plus
