Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Manna Aero is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Associate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through online platforms and channels.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Assisting customers with online orders, account inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues - Researching and resolving customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively - Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and accurate completion - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery - Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of quality service - Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities and situations - Proficient in research and project management - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets consistently
