Online Client Relations Assistant

Restored Hearing is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through various online communication channels - Assist in developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the marketing team to create online content that engages clients and attracts new business - Monitor and analyze online client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless online client experiences - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Emotional intelligence to understand and respond to clients' needs effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms
