Online Client Support Representative

Job Description: Swrve is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level position, the Online Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support through online communication platforms - Assist clients with troubleshooting any issues they may encounter while using our software - Educate clients on how to maximize the benefits of our products and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively resolving any concerns or complaints - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus - Leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team environment
