Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Contact Center Associate to join our team at Cooper Industries in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level role, candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position are preferred.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in training new team members and providing leadership to promote a positive team environment

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proven leadership skills and a team player mentality - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
