Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative

As an Online Contact Center Representative at LetsGetChecked in Galway, Connacht, IE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online platform users. This role requires a hardworking and driven individual who possesses strong time management skills and thrives in a team-oriented environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through various online channels, including live chat, email, and social media - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with navigating the online platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and exceeding performance targets
