Job Description:
Kinesis Health Technologies is seeking a passionate and driven Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online customer care and support via email, chat, and phone to customers worldwide. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and order management. 3. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert assistance to customers. 6. Contribute to the development of customer care policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Creativity and presentation skills for developing customer care materials and resources. 4. Experience with online customer care platforms and tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
