Job Description:
Salesforce Ireland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Dublin. The Online Customer Care Manager will be responsible for leading a team of online customer care representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in our digital channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, with a focus on online customer care.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer experience - Lead and mentor a team of online customer care representatives - Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Develop and maintain online customer care policies and procedures - Track and report on key performance metrics to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service management, with a focus on online customer care - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of success in leading online customer care teams - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Resilient and reliable nature - Persuasion skills to influence and motivate team members - Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
