Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist


Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team at CRH plc in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. The main responsibilities of the Online Customer Care Specialist include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing accurate information about products and services, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.


The Online Customer Care Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring online reviews and feedback, escalating any issues to the appropriate departments, and maintaining a positive online reputation for the company. Additionally, the individual will be expected to collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms.


Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in customer service roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in using social media platforms and online communication tools - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic
