Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


As an Online Customer Service Manager at Airbnb Ireland UC, based in Dublin, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our online customers. You will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and overseeing all aspects of online customer interactions.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer experience - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various online platforms - Train and mentor customer service representatives on best practices and company policies - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the online customer service process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 3 years in a management position - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer service metrics - Strong leadership and communication skills - Confidence and dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
