Job Description:
Oracle Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to online customers and ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, or phone in a timely manner 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to customers 3. Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues 5. Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed 6. Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive online sales and increase customer retention
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Innovation and emotional intelligence are key soft skills required for this position 6. Must be hardworking and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
