Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

The Online Customer Success Assistant at Medtronic Ireland will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer relationships through various online platforms. This individual will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Online Customer Success Assistant will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive customer success initiatives.


Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide product support and guidance to customers to ensure they are able to effectively use Medtronic products - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive customer satisfaction - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Track and report on key metrics related to customer success and satisfaction - Assist in the development and execution of customer success strategies


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Passionate and hardworking individual with leadership and people management skills
