Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Customer Success Associate to join our team at Intercom in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their goals - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to maintain strong relationships - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and deliver a high level of service - Create and implement personalized success plans for each customer to drive retention and growth - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training and support as needed - Plan and execute customer outreach campaigns to drive engagement and promote product adoption

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Strong analytical and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team - Experience with CRM software and customer support tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
