Job Description:
Salesforce Ireland is looking for an experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer success roles.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through various online channels - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive business outcomes - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in customer success roles - Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams - Proven decision-making abilities and the capacity to work independently - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Experience working with online customer success platforms and tools

Soft Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong decision-making abilities
