Job Description:
Wolfgang Digital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our online customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for online customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve customer success goals, including onboarding, training, and performance tracking - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and processes to scale our operations effectively
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in a customer success or account management role - Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers - Strategic planning skills and the ability to think critically and analytically to solve complex problems - Energetic and reliable personality traits, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
