Love & Robots, a leading digital design company, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Galway, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and guidance through various online channels - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and effectively resolve any issues or concerns - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address opportunities for improvement, and promote upsell opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support - Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the customer journey - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve customer success processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills - Adaptable and resourceful, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills to effectively advocate for customers and drive results - Familiarity with CRM systems, online communication tools, and digital platforms - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Prior experience in eCommerce or SaaS industry is a plus
