Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Support Officer to join our team at CRH plc in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level role with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers. 3. Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data confidentiality. 6. Assist with order processing and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements. 8. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction. 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 10. Meet or exceed customer service targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Confident and resilient attitude in handling challenging customer situations. 4. Ability to manage relationships with customers and colleagues effectively. 5. Emotional intelligence and empathy towards customer needs. 6. Proficiency in using online customer service tools and CRM systems. 7. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in an online environment. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. 10. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
